Abstract: PURPOSE: A novel marker for diagnosing colon cancer and a kit for diagnosing colon cancer using the same are provided to determine metastasis and prognosis of colon cancer. CONSTITUTION: A polypeptide is denoted by an amino acid sequence selected from the group consisting of sequence numbers 1-4. The polynucleotide encodes the amino acid sequence. A polynucleotide has base sequences of sequence numbers 5-8. A composition for detecting a cancer marker contains a material for detecting the expression of the polypeptide or the polynucleotide. A composition for detecting the cancer marker contains: an antibody which specifically binds to the polypeptide or a combination thereof, or a primer pair which specifically binds to the polynucleotide, a probe, or an antisense nucleotide. A kit for diagnosing cancer contains the composition.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant cytokine fusion protein with functions of granular macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) and inleukin-18(IL 18) is provided to treat and prevent micro cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant fusion cytokine protein contains a signal peptide. Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. Interleukin 18(IL 18) fragment comprises an amino acid of sequence number 3. A recombinant fusion cytokine protein comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A vaccine adjuvant for preventing or treating tumor contains the recombinant cytokine fusion protein as an active ingredient. The tumor is colon cancer, prostate cancer or gastric cancer.

Abstract: 본 발명은 재조합 사이토카인 융합 단백질에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 대식세포 콜로리 자극인자(GMCSF)의 기능과 인터 로이킨 18(IL18) 유전자의 기능을 동시에 갖는 재조합 사이토카인(cytokine) 융합 단백질 및 이를 유효성분으로 하는 종양의 치료 또는 예방용 백신 보조제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 백신 보조제는 미세 암세포에 대항하는 치료학적 효과뿐만 아니라 예방학적인 효과를 동시에 해결 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
