    Abstract: 본 발명은 마이크로펌프에 관한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 마이크로 펌프의 펌핑부가 더 큰 변형량을 얻는 구조로 이루어짐으로써 보다 큰 펌핑력을 갖는 마이크로펌프에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 마이크로펌프에 의하면, 손실(전압, 유체의 역류)이 적고 펌핑력이 크며 생체적합성 뛰어나서 소량의 유체를 컨트롤하는 uTAS, 인체내부삽입형 의료기기, 마이크로팩토리의 접착공정 등에 이용가능한 우수한 효과가 있다.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro-pump having the big pumping force by a snap-through is provided to control flow of fluid through a pumping unit and to prevent the counter flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A micro-pump having the big pumping force by a snap-through comprises a lower structure(110), a curved working device(120) and a top structure(130). The lower structure comprises an inlet port(111) in which the fluid flows in, and an outlet port(112) exhausting the fluid, and a space part filled with the fluid. The curved working device contacts with the space part of the lower structure. The top structure comprises the space part accepting the curved working device and is combined with the lower structure. The lower structure and top structure are manufactured with polymer with superior bio compatibility or the surfaces of the top structure and lower structure are coated with the polymer.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A micro-pump using a snap-through with a pumping unit is provided to improve pumping force and to control flow of fluid. CONSTITUTION: A micro-pump using a snap-through with a pumping unit comprises a tubular actuator, a mold structure(110), an inlet member(120) and outlet member(130). The tubular actuator forms the outer circumference of an inner space with long elliptic form. The mold structure comprises a pumping space containing the tubular actuator. The mold structure is made of polymer with superior bio compatibility or the surface of the mold structure is coated with the polymer. The inlet member is formed in one end of the mold structure and guides fluid into the tubular actuator. The outlet member is formed in the other end of the mold structure and discharges the fluid from the tubular actuator.
