    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing a pure graphene sheet using a polyvinyl alcohol(PVA)-coagulating method and the graphene sheet are provided to eco-friendly implement a pure graphene sheet separating process using a PVA solution without an additional reducing agent such as sodium hydroborate and hydrazine. CONSTITUTION: Graphite is oxidized by being dispersed in sulfuric acid and being stirred using potassium permanganate in order to obtain graphite oxide which is composed of a plurality of graphene layers. The graphite oxide is undergone an ultrasound-wave treatment to be separated into a graphene oxide sheet. The graphene oxide sheet is reduced using a reducing agent and reacted with a PVA solution. A pure graphene sheet is separated.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for fabricating graphene nano-sheets from a turbostratic structure and a Graphene Nano-sheets are provided to obtain eco-friendly effect by producing graphine sheet through the use of turbostratic structure. CONSTITUTION: A graphitic structure having a turbostratic structure is oxidized, and the graphitic structure pricipitates in a hydrogen peroxide. Ultrasonic processing is performed fro graphitic structure, and microwave is irradiated to the oxidized graphitic structure. After the irradiation of the microwave, ultrasonic decomposition is performed for the graphene layer conjugate having the plural layers. The ultrasonic decomposition is performed for 20-40 minutes.
