Abstract: PURPOSE: A recombinant cytokine fusion protein with functions of granular macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) and inleukin-18(IL 18) is provided to treat and prevent micro cancer cells. CONSTITUTION: A recombinant fusion cytokine protein contains a signal peptide. Macrophage colony-stimulating factor(GMCSF) comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 2. Interleukin 18(IL 18) fragment comprises an amino acid of sequence number 3. A recombinant fusion cytokine protein comprises an amino acid sequence of sequence number 1. A vaccine adjuvant for preventing or treating tumor contains the recombinant cytokine fusion protein as an active ingredient. The tumor is colon cancer, prostate cancer or gastric cancer.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供具有颗粒巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GMCSF）和白细胞介素18（IL 18）功能的重组细胞因子融合蛋白，用于治疗和预防微癌细胞。 构成：重组融合细胞因子蛋白含有信号肽。 巨噬细胞集落刺激因子（GMCSF）包含序列号2的氨基酸序列。白介素18（IL18）片段包含序列号3的氨基酸。重组融合细胞因子蛋白包含序列号1的氨基酸序列。 用于预防或治疗肿瘤的疫苗佐剂含有重组细胞因子融合蛋白作为活性成分。 肿瘤是结肠癌，前列腺癌或胃癌。

Abstract: 본 발명은 재조합 사이토카인 융합 단백질에 관한 것으로 보다 구체적으로는 대식세포 콜로리 자극인자(GMCSF)의 기능과 인터 로이킨 18(IL18) 유전자의 기능을 동시에 갖는 재조합 사이토카인(cytokine) 융합 단백질 및 이를 유효성분으로 하는 종양의 치료 또는 예방용 백신 보조제에 관한 것으로, 본 발명에 따른 백신 보조제는 미세 암세포에 대항하는 치료학적 효과뿐만 아니라 예방학적인 효과를 동시에 해결 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
