Abstract: The present invention relates to an efficient manufacturing method of flagellin proteins (FlaB) derived from Vibrio and, more specifically, to a producing strain which can be used, when the Flab represented by the sequence 1 of amino acid is produced, in a recombinant flagellin protein, to the production of the recombinant FlaB derived from the Vibrio using the same, and a purifying process using the same.
Abstract translation: 本发明涉及一种来自弧菌属的鞭毛蛋白(FlaB)的有效制造方法,更具体地说,涉及当产生由氨基酸序列1表示的Flab时可以使用的生产菌株的重组鞭毛蛋白 蛋白质,使用其从源自弧菌的重组FlaB的生产,以及使用其的纯化方法。
