Abstract: 본 발명은 중간엽줄기세포를 신경세포로 분화시켜 획득한 배양물을 활용한 약학조성물, 그 제조방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 또한, 상기 배양물을 이용한 파킨슨병 치료방법에 관한 것이다 본 발명의 배양물은 신경세포 내 응집된 불용성 알파시누클레인을 감소시켜 도파민성 신경세포의 사멸을 억제함으로써 파킨슨병의 예방 또는 치료효과가 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for differentiating human adipose-derived stem cells to nerve cells is provided to effectively treat neurologic disorder or hearing loss with minimized side effects. CONSTITUTION: A method for differentiating to nerve cells for treating neurologic disorder or hearing loss comprises: a step of obtaining human adipose-mesenchymal stem cells; a step of inducing the differentiation of the mesenchymal stem cells in a medium containing bFGF; and a step of inducing secondary differentiation.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种将人类脂肪来源的干细胞分化为神经细胞的方法，以有效治疗神经系统疾病或听力损失，并减少副作用。 构成：用于分化神经细胞治疗神经障碍或听力损失的方法包括：获得人类脂肪 - 间充质干细胞的步骤; 在含有bFGF的培养基中诱导间充质干细胞分化的步骤; 和诱导二次分化的步骤。
