본 발명은 급성관상동맥증후군 후 흔히 발생하는 재발과 사망 등 예후를 검사하는 진단방법에 대한 것으로, 보다 구체적으로는 불안과 이를 조절하는 세로토닌 수송체의 유전자다형성을 분석하여 급성관상동맥증후군후 재발 및/또는 사망 등을 포함하는 주요심장부작용사건의 발생위험을 검사할 수 있는 급성관상동맥증후군 장기예후 검사방법 및 진단키트에 대한 것이다.
Abstract:
An earth-anchor structure using an optical fiber embedded steel strand and a soundness monitoring method for the same are provided to test safety of the earth-anchor structure by measuring stress of the steel strand. An earth-anchor structure using an optical fiber embedded steel strand includes a first steel strand(21), six second steel strands(22), a through hole(211), and an optical fiber Bragg grating sensor(10). The first steel strand is positioned in the center straight forward. The six second steel strands are wound around the first steel strand. The through hole is formed on the center of the first steel strand. An optical fiber Bragg grating sensor is inserted into the through hole and installed in the first steel strand, and measures deformation rate of the steel strands for monitoring the earth-anchor structure.
Abstract:
A bridge structure using an optical fiber embedded steel strand and a soundness monitoring method for the same are provided to test safety of the bridge structure by measuring tension of the steel strand. A soundness monitoring method for a bridge structure using an optical fiber embedded steel strand includes the steps of: preparing a steel strand member(20), wherein the steel strand member consists of a first strand(21) in center and six second strands(22) wound around the first strand, and a through hole(211) is formed lengthwise of one of the first and second strands; inserting an optical fiber sensor(10) through the through hole of the steel strand for preparing the optical fiber embedded steel strand; constructing a bridge using the optical fiber embedded steel strand as a structural member for the bridge; and measuring deformation rate of the optical fiber embedded steel strand by detecting light passing through the optical fiber sensor.
Abstract:
An optical fiber composite wire strand, a manufacturing method thereof, and a strain measuring method are provided to prevent a fiber bragg grating sensor from being damaged by external shock, by disposing the fiber bragg grating sensor in a through-hole of a first steel wire, thereby exactly measuring the strain rate. In an optical fiber composite wire strand(20), a through-hole(211) is formed on at least one of first and second steel wires(21,22) of the wire strand in a longitudinal direction of the steel wire. The first steel wire is positioned in the center. Six strands of the second steel wires are twisted with surrounding the first steel wire. An optical fiber sensor is disposed in the through-hole. In particular, a fiber bragg grating sensor(10) having grating sensing units arranged on an optical fiber at regular intervals is used.
