Abstract: The present invention provides an electrochromic device which includes a graphene layer which is formed between an ion storage layer and an electrolyte layer or a transparent graphene electrode which is formed on the substrate and between the ion storage layer and the electrolyte layer. A chromic region has a preset pattern by limiting an electrochromic part by forming a pattern on the graphene layer. The graphene electrode of the electrochromic device according to the present invention prevents an electrode from being damaged by having the graphene layer between the ion storage layer and the electrolyte layer using graphene or functioned graphene and solves a low electric conductivity problem which an existing graphene electrode has. The present invention improves chemical resistance by securing uniformity.

Abstract: 본 발명은, 본 발명은, 이온저장층과 전해질층 사이에 그래핀층을 형성하고, 또는 이온저장층과 전해질층 사이 및 기판위에 그래핀 투명전극을 형성한 전기변색소자를 제공하는 것이며, 그래핀층에 패턴을 형성하여 전기변색되는 부분을 제한하여 변색되는 영역이 소정의 패턴을 갖도록 할 수도 있다.
본 발명에 따른 전기변색소자의 그래핀 전극은, 그래핀 혹은 기능화된 그래핀으로 사용하여, 이온저장층과 전해질층 사이에 그래핀층을 형성시켜 전극의 손상을 방지하였으며, 또한 기존 그래핀 전극이 가지고 있던 낮은 전기전도도 문제를 해결하였고, 균일성을 확보하며 내화학성을 증가시킨다.
