Abstract: PURPOSE: A thermo-conductive insulating resin composition and a plastic molded product using thereof are provided to form an effective thermo-conductive network for improving the electrically insulation and the mechanical property of the composition. CONSTITUTION: A thermo-conductive insulating resin composition contains the following: 30~80wt% of thermoplastic resin; 10~60wt% of mixture containing a spherical and a plate-shaped thermal conductance insulating fillers; and 10~50wt% of fibrous inorganic intensifier. The average particle diameter of the spherical thermal conductance insulating filler is bigger than the average particle diameter of the plate-shaped thermal conductance insulating filler. The spherical thermal conductance insulating filler and the plate-shaped thermal conductance insulating filler are mixed in a ratio of 1:1~10:1.

CONSTITUTION: A thermoplastic resin composition with improved electric conductance, abrasion resistance, and heat resistance comprises a polyphenylene sulfide resin 50~90wt%, graphite 5~30wt%, a fluorinated polyolefin resin 5~30wt%, a whisker 1~10wt%, and a carbon nanotube 0.01~10wt%. The polyphenylene sulfide resin has an average molecular weight of 3,000~50,000 g/mol. The graphite has a particle size of 0.5~300 micron. The fluorinated polyolefin resin has a particle size of 3~50 micron, and a specific gravity of 1.2~2.3 g/cm.

Abstract: A highly thermally conductive resin composition is provided to increase the filled amount of a thermally conductive inorganic filler, thereby improving mechanical strength and inhibiting the curing of a polyphenylene sulfide resin. A highly thermally conductive resin composition comprises a polyphenylene sulfide resin, a disulfide-based compound and a thermally conductive inorganic filler. The amount of the polyphenylene sulfide resin is 30 ~ 60 weight% based on the total amount of the polyphenylene sulfide resin and the thermally conductive inorganic filler. The amount of the disulfide-based compound is 0.01 ~ 10 parts by weight based on 100 parts by weight of the polyphenylene sulfide resin.
