Abstract: 본 발명은 타이어를 제조하기 위하여 사용되는 금형을 제조하기 위한 장치에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 타이어 제조용 2피스형 금형장치는 타이어 형태로써 타이어의 내경을 수평으로 구비한채 이를 수평방향으로 절개한 부분 중 어느 하나의 형상으로, 용융된 금속을 응고시키기 위한 외부틀, 상기 외부틀의 안쪽에 위치하며, 타이어의 접지면이 형성된 내부틀, 상기 외부틀과 상기 내부틀 사이에 형성되며, 용융된 금속이 채워지는 내부공간, 상기 외부틀을 둘러쌓고 있으며, 주입한 용융된 금속이 이동할 수 있는 런너, 상기 외부틀과 상기 런너 사이에 위치하며, 상기 런너에 주입된 용융된 금속이 상기 내부공간으로 이동할 수 있는 게이트 및 상기 외부틀, 내부틀, 내부공간, 런너, 게이트를 지지하는 몰드베이스를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing device of 2piece mold for manufacturing a tire is provided to reduce manufacturing cost or production cost by manufacturing the mold repetitively. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device of 2piece mold for manufacturing a tire comprises an inner frame(111b), an outer frame(111a), an inner space(112), a runner(120), a gate(130), and a mold base(140). A tire tread shape is inscribed on the inner frame. The outer frame is located in the outside of the inner frame. The inner space formed between the inner frame and the outer frame is filled with a fused metal. The runner surrounds the outer frame, and the fused metal is moved through the runner. The gate is located between the outer frame and the runner, and the fused metal is moved to the inner space through the gate. The mold base supports the outer frame, the inner frame, the inner surface, the runner, and the gate.

Abstract: 본 발명은 몰드 성형용 석고코어 제조 장치에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 석고공급부, 모래공급부, 물공급부를 구비하여 물의 온도, 배합량 및 배합비가 조정된 상태에서 석고, 모래, 물을 배합용기에 공급하고, 교반부를 구비하여 교반시간 등을 조정하며 균일하게 교반하며, 드레인부를 구비하여 교반된 석고혼합물을 거푸집의 성형공간부에 주입하고, 상기와 같은 일련의 공정을 제어하는 제어부를 구비하여 석고코어 제조 공정을 자동화함으로써 작업 환경의 개선과, 작업공간의 축소, 제품의 품질안정, 폐기물의 최소 발생을 도모할 수 있는 몰드 성형용 석고코어 제조 장치에 관한 것이다.
본 발명에 따른 몰드 성형용 석고코어 제조 장치는, 배합용기에 수용된 석고, 모래, 물을 교반하여 석고혼합물을 제조하고, 상기 석고혼합물을 거푸집의 성형공간부에 주입하여 건조시킴으로써 상기 성형공간부에 대응되는 형상의 석고코어를 제조하는 몰드 성형용 석고코어 제조 장치에 있어서, 석고가 저장되는 석고저장호퍼와, 상기 석고저장호퍼에 저장된 석고를 이송하는 석고이송스크류와, 상기 석고이송스크류에 의해 이송된 석고를 상기 배합용기에 공급하는 석고공급피더가 구비된 석고공급부와; 모래가 저장되는 모래저장호퍼와, 상기 모래저장호퍼에 저장된 모래를 이송하는 모래이송스크류와, 상기 모래이송스크류에 의해 이송된 모래를 상기 배합용기에 공급하는 모래공급피더가 구비된 모래공급부와; 물이 저장되는 물저장탱크와, 상기 물저장탱크에 저장된 물을 상기 배합용기에 공급하는 물공급배관이 구비된 물공급부와; 상기 배합용기에 수용된 석고, 모래, 물을 교반하여 석고혼합물을 제조하는 교반부와; 상기 배합용기에서 제조된 상기 석고혼합물을 배출시키고, 배출된 상기 석고혼합물을 상기 거푸집의 성형공간부로 주입하는 드레인부와; 상기 석고공급부, 상기 모래공급부, 상기 물공급부, 상기 교반부 및 상기 드레인부를 제어하는 제어부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A transferring and cooling device is provided to prevent industrial waste products and to reduce a process time by simultaneously performing transferring and cooling a processed product. CONSTITUTION: A transferring and cooling device comprises a conveyer unit(10), a cooling unit(20) and a loader unit(30). A conveyer unit transfers a processed product. The conveyer unit comprises a driving unit sprocket, a driven unit sprocket, a chain(12) and a driving member. A chain is meshed with the driving unit sprocket and the driven unit sprocket. The driving member runs the driving unit sprocket. A cooling unit is included to be contiguous to the conveyer unit. The cooling unit cools the processed product. The loader unit loads or unloads the processed product to the conveyer unit.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing device for mold forming plaster core is provided to automate plaster core manufacturing process, thereby stabilizing the quality with fixed supply of original material and combination and mixing condition improvement. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing device for mold forming plaster core includes a blending vessel, a mold(20), a plaster supply unit, a sand supply unit, a water supply unit, a kneading unit, a drain unit, and a control unit. The mold is injected by a plaster mixture mixed in blending vessel and injected to the mold space unit(21) formed inside and provides space manufacturing the plaster core of shape corresponding to molding space unit. The plaster mixture manufacture is blending vessel is automatically injected by a control unit to molding space unit of the mold through discharging hole and a drain unit. The transferring amount of plaster stored in a plaster storing hopper has a plaster transferring screw(32) of screw method, which screw thread is formed, to control minutely by a control unit.
