Abstract: The present invention relates to plant growth inhibition of BrARP1 gene and BrDRM1 gene derived from napa cabbage. The BrARP1 gene and the BrDRM1 gene stop or inhibit growth of transformed plants which are overexpressed respectively or together so that the transformant can be used as plants which are strong against adverse environment and stress.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A BrMORN gene of a brassica rapa is provided to induce the growth promotion of a vegetative organ during an over-expression of a plant for improving the yield of oil crops and vegetables. CONSTITUTION: A BrMORN protein of a brassica rapa has an amino acid sequence of the sequence number 1. A BrMORN gene of the brassica rapa coding the BrMORN protein has a nucleic acid sequence of the sequence number 2. A recombinant vector comprises the BrMORN gene coding the BrMORN protein. The recombinant vector including the BrMORN gene transforms a plant including oil crops and vegetables.
Abstract translation: 目的：提供芸苔属植物的BrMORN基因，以在植物过表达期间诱导营养器官的生长促进，以提高油料作物和蔬菜的产量。 构成：芸苔属rapa的BrMORN蛋白具有序列号1的氨基酸序列。编码BrMORN蛋白的芸苔属芜菁的BrMORN基因具有序列号2的核酸序列。重组载体包含编码的BrMORN基因 BrMORN蛋白。 包括BrMORN基因的重组载体转化包括油料作物和蔬菜在内的植物。
