Abstract: PURPOSE: A hybrid separation membrane and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to uniformly distribute zeolite particles inside polymer which forms a film. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a hybrid separation membrane includes next steps. A polysiloxane or a polysiloxane hardening material resin is manufactured. A mixed solution is manufactured by adding the resin and hydrophobic zeolite in the organic solvent. A hybrid separation membrane is manufactured by heat-treating the mixed solution. The content of the resin is 5~20 weight% among the mixed solution. The content of the hydrophobic zeolite is 2~8 weight% among the total weight of the mixed solution. The thermal process is executed for 1~10 hours at 80~120°. The organic solvent is the hexane or the toluene.

Abstract translation: 目的：提供一种混合分离膜及其制造方法，用于在形成膜的聚合物内均匀分布沸石颗粒。 构成：混合分离膜的制造方法包括以下步骤。 制造聚硅氧烷或聚硅氧烷硬化材料树脂。 通过在有机溶剂中加入树脂和疏水性沸石来制造混合溶液。 通过对混合溶液进行热处理来制造混合分离膜。 混合溶液中树脂的含量为5〜20重量％。 疏水性沸石的含量为混合溶液总重量的2〜8重量％。 热处理在80〜120°下进行1〜10小时。 有机溶剂是己烷或甲苯。
