Abstract: 본발명은비접촉식 3차원물체의형상을측정하기위한스캐너장치에관한것으로서, 서로다른패턴의줄무늬를측정대상물에연속적으로투사하는투사수단과, 상기투사수단에의해투사된측정대상물의모습을촬영하는소정개수의 CCD 카메라와, 상기소정개수의 CCD 카메라에의해촬영된측정대상물의영상데이터를인가받아 3차원형상을생성하는컴퓨터제어부를구비하여, 상기컴퓨터제어부의제어에의해상기투사수단이줄무늬를연속하여측정대상물에투사하면소정개수의 CCD 카메라가패턴개수만큼동시에측정대상물의모습을촬영하여측정대상물의 3차원형상을생성함으로써카메라보정시발생되는에러를최소화하고상기투사수단등을분리착탈시킬수 있게되어측정대상의범위또는크기및 측정장소에구애받지않고, 저렴하면서도불과몇 초의짧은시간동안에 3차원점 데이터를얻을수 있다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A non-contact 3-D(3 Dimensional) scanner is provided to create 3-D shape of an object to be measured by sequent projecting stripe pattern onto the object and simultaneously photographing the shape of the object several times. CONSTITUTION: An LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) projector(10) sequentially projects a series of stripe patterns onto an object to be measured. A CCD(Charge Coupled Device) set(13) comprises the first and the second CCD camera(11,12) physically connected each other by signal input and output line for synchronization of photographing and lactationally calibrated for obtaining basic coordinates. The first and The second CCD camera(11,12) simultaneously photographs the object projected by the LCD projector(10) once per one stripe pattern and transmits image data of the object. A control computer(14) connected to the LCD projector(10) and CCD set(13) controls the LCD projector(10) and the CCD cameras(11,12) to project the patterns and photograph the object. The control computer(14) receives the image data of the object from the CCD cameras(11, 12) and creates 3-D shape of the object.
