Abstract: A multicrystalline grain boundary type semiconducting magnetic condenser was manufd. Thus, SrCO3 having 99% of purity and TiO2 were mixed, and calcinated at 1,130 degree C for 2 hrs to give SrTiO3. 1 Mole of SrTiO3, 0.005-0.012 mole of TiO2, 0.003 -0.006 mole of Nb2O5 (TaO5 or Sb2O5) were mixed and crushed in wet process. Obtained powder was molded at 1,530 degree C (±100 degree C/hr) for 4hrs. Silver paste was printed in the both sides of the sintered body at 800 degree C for 10 min to form an electrode.
Abstract translation: 制造了多晶晶界型半导体磁性冷凝器。 因此,将纯度为99%的SrCO 3与TiO 2混合,在1130℃下煅烧2小时,得到SrTiO 3。 将1摩尔SrTiO 3,0.005-0.012摩尔TiO 2,0.003-0.006摩尔Nb 2 O 5(TaO 5或Sb 2 O 5)混合并在湿法中粉碎。 得到的粉末在1530℃(±100℃/小时)下成型4小时。 在烧结体的两面将银浆在800℃下印刷10分钟,形成电极。
