    Abstract: A multicrystalline grain boundary type semiconducting magnetic condenser was manufd. Thus, SrCO3 having 99% of purity and TiO2 were mixed, and calcinated at 1,130 degree C for 2 hrs to give SrTiO3. 1 Mole of SrTiO3, 0.005-0.012 mole of TiO2, 0.003 -0.006 mole of Nb2O5 (TaO5 or Sb2O5) were mixed and crushed in wet process. Obtained powder was molded at 1,530 degree C (±100 degree C/hr) for 4hrs. Silver paste was printed in the both sides of the sintered body at 800 degree C for 10 min to form an electrode.
