Abstract: PURPOSE: An information object management apparatus and method thereof are provided to efficiently manage information objects in a computer by visualizing the relation of a directory and a file. CONSTITUTION: A storage(110) stores a plurality of files. An input unit(120) receives a conditional statement which defines a category of a directory. A search unit searches a file corresponding to a category that is defined to the conditional statement. A controller(140) generates a directory which is defined as the conditional statement. The controller displays a Euler diagram by using a closed area.
