본 발명은 측정된 뇨 내 스테로이드 호르몬들의 농도를 통계적인 방법으로 처리하여 각 스테로이드 호르몬의 농도뿐만 아니라 그들의 대사에 관여하는 효소들의 활성을 동시에 측정, 비교할 수 있는 분석 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 뇨 내 스테로이드 호르몬들의 농도 측정은 물론 대사에 관여하는 스테로이드 간의 비율을 나타냄으로서 총체적인 대사분포 경향을 파악할 수 있다. 따라서, 전립선 비대증과 같은 스테로이드 호르몬 대사와 관련 있는 내분비질환 및 생물학적 변화를 평가할 수 있는 방법으로 사용될 수 있으며, 호르몬 의존성의 다양한 질환에 대하여 그 응용범위를 확장할 수 있다. 뇨, 스테로이드, 효소활성, 전립선비대증

PURPOSE: A simultaneous assay method of multiplex cytochrome P450 enzyme activity is provided to simultaneously measure the activity change of various cytochrome P450 enzymes and to study diseases related to the cytochrome P450 enzyme activity. CONSTITUTION: A simultaneous assay method of multiplex cytochrome P450 enzyme activity comprises: a step of simultaneously extracting steroid hormone metabolic products including male hormones, female hormones, corpus luteum hormones, sterol, and adrenal cortical hormones from urine; a step of re-extracting the extracts using an organic solvent and performing trimethyl silyl derivatization; and a step of measuring the concentration of steroid hormone biometabolic products in the urine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometer. PURPOSE: A high sensitive analyzing method of estrogen metabolites in urine and blood obtained from postmenopausal women is provided to verify the overall distribution of estrogen metabolism and to be used for overcoming diseases related to estrogen metabolism. CONSTITUTION: A high sensitive analyzing method of estrogen metabolites in urine and blood obtained from postmenopausal women includes the following steps: estrogen is simultaneously extracted from urine and blood obtained from postmenopausal women and is hydrolyzed; the hydrolyzed product is alkoxy carbonylated using C1-4 alkyl chloroformate, and the resultant product is re-extracted using an organic solvent to obtain a re-extract; and the re-extract is acyl-derivated, and the concentration of estrogen is measured in the acyl-derivated product using a gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The organic solvent is one or the mixture of normal hexane, normal pentane, butyl methyl ether, and ethyl acetate.

A cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder, its preparation method, and a filler for a solid phase extraction containing the cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder are provided to extract a steroid hormone present in a living body sample simply and effectively by using the cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder. A cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder comprises a beta-cyclodextrin polymer prepared by the reaction of a beta-cyclodextrin monomer and epichlorohydrin; and a metal ion which is coated on the surface of the beta-cyclodextrin polymer. Preferably the metal ion is selected from Ca and Na. The cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer powder is prepared by dissolving beta-cyclodextrin in an alkaline aqueous solution and adding epichlorohydrin to it to prepare a beta-cyclodextrin polymer of gel state; dipping the polymer in a metal salt aqueous solution to coat the polymer with a metal ion, thereby preparing a cured beta-cyclodextrin polymer; and washing, drying and pulverizing the obtained polymer.

CONSTITUTION: A method for analyzing difference of steroid hormone bio metabolite from two sample groups comprises: a step of extracting steroid hormone bio metabolite including male hormone, female hormone, corpus luteum hormone, sterol, and adrenal cortical hormone; a step of extracting the extracts again using an organic solvent; a step of measuring concentration of steroid hormone bio metabolite in urine by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry; and a step of comparing the concentration of liver steroid hormone bio metabolite between two samples. The organic solvent is a mixture solvent containing ethyl acetate and normal hexane.

A selective extraction method of a steroid compound using polymerized beta-cyclodextrin is provided to extract various shapes of the steroid hormones from a biological sample effectively through a simple process. A selective extraction method of a steroid compound using polymerized beta-cyclodextrin powder comprises the steps of: adding buffer solution and hydrolase to a liquid sample including the steroid compound; removing a water layer by centrifugation after adding and stirring hardened beta-cyclodextrin powder that beta-cyclodextrin monomer forms a layer structure by being bridged-bonded by epichlorohydrin and metal ions are spread between the layers of the bridged beta-cyclodextrin polymer to the reaction solution; and extracting the steroid compound by applying organic solvents after adding phosphate buffer solution and polar organic solvents, and controlling pH at a range of 9.0 - 10.0.
