Abstract: PURPOSE: An electric property measurement apparatus of a medium is provided to accurately measure the electric property of a medium by improving the contact degree between the medium and the probe. CONSTITUTION: A detector(111) detects an electromagnetic wave reflected from a medium. A analyzer(112) is electrically connected to the detector and measures the reflectivity degree of an electromagnetic wave. A pressurization module(120) is combined with the detector and is shaped in order to pressurize the single side of the detector toward the medium.
