Abstract:
본 발명은 고함량의 지질을 포함하는 신규한 균주에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규한 균주는 고함량의 지질, 고함량의 지방산 특히, 팔미틴산을 함유하여 바이오 디젤 생산에 유용하게 사용될 수 있다. 또한 본 발명의 신규한 균주는 산성 광산에서 분리되어 중금속 내성을 가진다. 아울러, 본 발명의 신규한 균주는 고함량의 지질 고함량의 지방산 특히, 팔미틴산을 고함량으로 함유할 뿐 아니라, 성장 속도가 빨라서 생산성이 우수하다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A novel strain which contains a high lipid content is provided to produce bio-diesel and to ensure heavy metal resistance and excellent productivity. CONSTITUTION: A novel strain which contains a high lipid content is Nephroselmis sp.KGE8(deposit number: KCTC 12235BP). The strain is Nephroselmis pyriformis. The strain contains the DNA sequence of sequence number 1. The strain is cultured in a medium containing KH_2PO_4, CaCl_2, MgSO_4, NaNO_3, K_2HPO_4, NaCl, and H_3BO_3 at 25-30 deg.C. and pH 6-8. The medium further contains ZnSO_4, MnCl_2, MoO_3, CuSO_4, or Co(NO_3)_2.
Abstract:
The present invention provides a magnesium compound-alginate complex comprising: porous alginate gel; and a magnesium compound deposited in pores of the porous alginate gel, a manufacturing method thereof and a removing method for heavy metals using the same. The present invention promotes the precipitation of heavy metals by increasing the pH of an aqueous solution, removes heavy metals through precipitation when the magnesium compound-alginate complex is used for removing pollutants, is able to remove pollutants by using the adsorption ability of the porous alginate gel and is economical and efficient by reducing treatment costs since sewage sludge and floating matters are not generated.
