Abstract: 본발명은생체용티타늄계합금에관한것으로, 3-20 중량%의인듐(In), 1-5 중량%의니오븀(Nb), 1-5 중량%의탄탈륨(Ta), 0.1-0.5 중량%의팔라듐(Pd)과잔량의티타늄(Ti)으로이루어진다. 본발명의생체용티타늄계합금은종래생체재료용티타늄계합금에서세포독성이있는것으로지적된알루미늄(Al)과바나듐(V)을대신하여, 티타늄(Ti)에우수한생체적합성을갖는합금원소인인듐(In), 니오븀(Nb), 탄탈륨(Ta) 및팔라듐(Pd)을첨가한것으로서, 세포독성이없고기계적특성과내부식성이우수하다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A titanium based alloy for biomaterials is provided to replace an existing Ti-6Al-4V alloy for using as a safer biomaterials by not containing cytotoxicity indicated alloy elements, thereby having superior biocompatability, and replace pure titanium for using by having superior mechanical properties and corrosion resistance. CONSTITUTION: The titanium based alloy for biomaterials comprises 3 to 20 wt.% of In, 1 to 5 wt.% of Nb, 1 to 5 wt.% of Ta, 0.1 to 0.5 wt.% of Pd and a balance of Ti based on the alloy total weight.
Abstract translation: 目的:提供用于生物材料的钛基合金,以替代现有的Ti-6Al-4V合金,通过不含细胞毒性指示的合金元素作为更安全的生物材料,从而具有优异的生物相容性,并通过具有优异的机械性能代替纯钛 和耐腐蚀性。 构成:用于生物材料的钛基合金包含3至20重量%的In,1至5重量%的Nb,1至5重量%的Ta,0.1至0.5重量%的Pd和余量的Ti基 对合金总重量。
