Abstract:
본발명은 2차원광학스캐닝을위한스캐너및 그제조방법에관한것으로, 스캐너자체의비대칭성을통한공진주파수의변조를이용해공진주파수변조를위한추가적인구조물없이하나의입력신호로 2차원구동을구현할수 있는 2차원광학스캐닝을위한스캐너에관한것이다. 또한, MEMS 공정을통해컴팩트한패키징이가능하여소형화할 수있어내시경과같은초소형시스템에이용할수 있으며정밀도가높을뿐만아니라다양한형상으로제조가가능하며제조비용이저렴한 2차원광학스캐닝을위한스캐너제조방법에관한것이다. 또한, 공진주파수분리를통해축간의크로스토크없이품질이향상된의료영상을제공할수 있는 2차원광학스캐닝을위한스캐너를채용한의료영상기기에관한것이다.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A luggage having a cellular phone charging function, and a charging method of the cellular phone using thereof are provided to charge the cellular phone by generating the inducing current by the rotation of wheels attached to the luggage. CONSTITUTION: A luggage having a cellular phone charging function includes wheels, a main gear(57), and secondary gears(12, 15, 39, 42). The wheels are attached to the lower side of the luggage, and are connected to a same shaft. The main gear is connected to the shaft. The secondary gears are coupled to the main gear for rotating, and include an electric power generator. The electric power generator includes a rotation coil for generating electricity by the rotation of the secondary gears.
