    Abstract: PURPOSE: A transparent loop antenna for an RFID tag and manufacturing method thereof are provided to realize an antenna by a transparent spiral loop type microstrip electrode, thereby making the tag transparent. CONSTITUTION: A transparent loop antenna(100) for an RFID tag includes a substrate(110) and an antenna(120). The substrate is formed of a transparent plastic material. The antenna is formed in a spiral loop shape by a microstrip electrode which is a transparent metal oxide. The metal oxide is Ga2O3-ZnO. The antenna is formed on the substrate. The microstrip electrode has the line width of 50 to 150 micro meters and a line interval of 100 to 150 micro meters.

    Abstract: PURPOSE: An RFID tag miniaturized loop antenna and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to implement the miniaturized surface mounted device by forming a single chip using semiconductor process. CONSTITUTION: A substrate of a silicon and oxide silicon structure is offered. The antenna is embodied on the substrate in the form of the spiral loop. The line width(W1) of the antenna loop is 50~150um. The line consisting the antenna roof is made of the aluminum foil of about 2 um thickness. The self resonant frequency of the loop antenna is 100MHz or greater.
