Abstract: The present invention relates to an up-conversion phosphor in which light emitting efficiency is enhanced, and in which compositional formula is marked as A1-xBO4:Lnx. The A element is one or more elements selected from 2+ valent metal elements, the B element is one or more elements selected among W and Mo, and Ln element is one or more elements selected from lantanoids. The up-conversion phosphor of the present invention absorbs near infrared ray wavelength and emits visible light so that the up-conversion phosphor can have relatively lower costs, and form an LED package using infrared ray LED which is harmless for human body. In addition, the up-conversion phosphor of the present invention concurrently dops two or more lantanoids in order to emit visible light in which wavelengths emitted from each lantanoid are mixed, and forms the LED package, which shows white light, and a back light unit using the same using a single phosphor by letting the mixed visible light to show white light.
