    Abstract: PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of fatty acid methyl ester is provided to manufacture fatty acid methyl ester capable of being used as biodiesel by using oil fraction separated from food waste leachate. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of fatty acid methyl ester comprises: a step of preparing oil fraction separated from food waste leachate; a step of esterification of the oil fraction and alcohol under the presence of a first catalyst; a step of trans-esterification of the residual oil fraction and alcohol under the presence of a second catalyst. The first catalyst is one or more selected from amberlyst 15, amberlyst BD20, WO3/ZrO2, WO3/Al2O3, WO3/SiO2, SO4^(2-)/ZrO2, SO4^(2-)/Al2O3, SO4^(2-)/SiO2, sulfuric acid and zeolite.

    Abstract translation: 目的:提供脂肪酸甲酯的制造方法,通过使用从食物垃圾渗滤液中分离的油馏分制造能够用作生物柴油的脂肪酸甲酯。 构成:脂肪酸甲酯的制造方法包括:制备从食物垃圾渗滤液中分离的油馏分的步骤; 在第一催化剂存在下油馏分和醇的酯化步骤; 残留油馏分和醇在第二催化剂存在下酯交换的步骤。 第一催化剂选自琥珀酸15,琥珀酸BD20,WO3 / ZrO2,WO3 / Al2O3,WO3 / SiO2,SO4(2)/ ZrO2,SO4(2)/ Al2O3,SO4((2- )/ SiO2,硫酸和沸石。
