본 발명은 참여형방송서비스 영역에서 사용자가 시청하고 있는 채널에 영상참여를 하고자 할 때 시청채널식별자를 획득하기 위한 장치 및 방법에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사용자 시청채널의 방송데이터를 수집하고, 상기 수집된 방송데이터로부터 오디오 또는 비디오 데이터를 추출하는 오디오/비디오 수신부; 상기 추출된 오디오/비디오 데이터를 샘플링하는 샘플링부; 상기 샘플링된 데이터를 부호화하는 전처리부; 상기 부호화된 오디오 또는 비디오 데이터와 채널식별서버로부터 수신된 N개의 방송 채널에 대한 오디오 또는 비디오 샘플링 데이터를 비교하고 상기 비교 결과에 따라 시청채널 식별자를 획득하는 시청 채널 판단부;를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to a real-time event processing apparatus for processing unstructured data including: a feature extraction unit which extracts the predetermined feature data of the unstructured data output from one or more unstructured data sensors; a metadata construction unit which constructs the metadata with both properties of the fixed data and the unstructured data from the feature data of the unstructured data collected by the feature extraction unit; a metadata parser unit which analyzes the constructed metadata from the metadata construction unit; and an event processing unit which processes the occurrence of the event defined by the result of the analysis from the metadata parser unit. 본 발명은 네트워크 기반의 멀티미디어 전송 시스템에 관한 것으로, 특히 네트워크 프로토콜을 통해 시간표시정보(timestamp)를 삽입하여 전송하고 추출하는 장치에 관한 것이다. 본 발명은 사용자 데이터그램 프로토콜(UDP) 혹은 실시간 전송 프로토콜(RTP)을 통해 전송되는 패킷 스트림에 네트워크 지터 보상이나 시간 동기화 등에 활용되는 시간표시정보(timestamp)를 포함하는 새로운 형태의 패킷을 추가하여 전송함으로써, 기존의 전송 표준(UDP/RTP/MPEG2-TS)을 거스르지 않고 효과적으로 네트워크 시간표시정보를 전송할 수 있다. 타임스탬프, UDP, 전송.

PURPOSE: A network-adaptive variable stream layered method and apparatus for video streaming are provided to convert a frame of video data transmitted to a reception terminal having a reduced available bandwidth among reception terminals receiving video data in an IP-based wired/wireless network environment in order to provide a continuous streaming service. CONSTITUTION: A network-adaptive variable stream layered apparatus(400) comprises: a stream analysis unit(440) which outputs NAL information of a video stream by analyzing a video stream compressed H.264/AVC; a map table generation unit which arranges a frame included in the video stream based on the outputted NAL information; and a rate control unit(430) which selectively removes or selects the arranged frame in consideration of the NAL information and the packet loss rate of the available bandwidth of each reception terminal.

PURPOSE: A multi angel broadcasting service providing system is provided to supply a multi angel broadcasting service by minimizing the change of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A receiving unit(310) receives an source image photographed form a plurality of times. A multi screen image generation unit(320) generates a multi screen image including the plurality of source image. A transmitting unit transmits the multi screen image to a receiving device(350). The multi screen image generation unit generates the multi screen image to enable the size of a specific source image among a plurality of source images to be bigger than the size of another source images.

A user apparatus for providing customized contents based on a network, a method thereof, a writing apparatus and a method thereof are provided to make multimedia data into customized contents according to production information and transmit the customized contents to a user, thereby enabling the user to easily obtain the customized contents. A data receiver(310) receives a contents data stream. A data analyzer(320) divides contents data by analyzing a format of the received contents data. If the received contents data are encoded, a decoder(330) decodes the data according to a kind of contents and transmits the decoded data to the data analyzer. A customized data encoder(340) produces the divided contents data according to user production information to generate customized data. A metadata generator(350) produces metadata about the new customized data and encodes the generated meta data. A data transmitter(370) transmits the customized contents data multiplexed in a multiplexer(360) to a customized contents user apparatus.
