Abstract: PURPOSE: An sensible quotient decision device according to a sensibility change and a method thereof are provided to offer the best optical emotional service which suits in individual property by deciding a personalization sensible variation threshold and a personalization sensible quotient through a self-diagnosis and a re-inferring algorithm. CONSTITUTION: Sensors sense a bio-signal and an environmental signal. A sensing signal processor(130) processes a sensing signal of the sensors.
