Abstract: PURPOSE: A film-type tactility providing device and a touch screen including the same are provided to provide a small and thin structure and implement local tactility output by using manpower, repulsion, and/or deformation according to the same generated between a pair of charge storage members. CONSTITUTION: A first charge storage member(14) is placed on a first electrode(12). A second charge storage member is separated from the first charge storage member. A spacer(16) is placed between the first and the second charge storage members and separates the charge storage members from each other. A second electrode is placed on the second charge storage member. An charge supply unit(18) is connected to the first and the second electrodes to supply charges.
