Abstract: A method for billing a price to a mobile prepaid card including an electronic wallet function is provided to enable a user using the mobile network to use offline electronic payment including authentication and billing with a single smart card by installing an electronic wallet function in addition to a prepayment function. A user recharges the amount to a smart card from a service provider. An offline terminal checks the balance of the smart card to receive a mobile prepayment service when the user wants to perform payment in an offline shop. The offline terminal offsets a paid amount from the balance of the smart card when the balance of the smart card is bigger than the paid amount.
