Abstract: PURPOSE: A wireless data transmission device and a method thereof are provided to solve the shortage problem of frequency resources and to reduce adjacent channel power ratio (ACPR) and peak-to-average power ratio (PAPR). CONSTITUTION: A sensing part detects available unused resources from the utilized band of an operation frequency band based on spectrum sensing technology (S211). A control part selects a channel or a frequency band for wireless data transmission based on the detected available unused resources (S230), and determines whether the initiation of communications is possible through the selected channel (S240). Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for controlling data transmission based on the detection of carrier waves and a device for the same are provided to cost-effectively recover data transmission from packet collision caused by competitions during a data transmission operation. Abstract: PURPOSE: A method and apparatus for channel estimation in a mobile communication system are provided to enhance the accuracy of channel estimation by additionally performing channel estimation in a time domain to eliminate the influence of ICI(Inter-Carrier Interference). CONSTITUTION: A CP(Cyclic Prefix) remover(110) eliminates a CP from a reference signal. A FFT(Fast Fourier Transformer)(120) performs the fast Fourier transformation of the reference signal from which the CP is removed. An LS(Least Square) channel estimator(230) measures a Doppler shift value. The LS channel estimator performs channel estimation for a frequency domain. An IDFT(Inverse Discrete Fourier Transformer)(140) outputs a channel impulse response through the inverse discrete Fourier transformation of a channel frequency domain. An adaptive filter(320) performs the channel estimation of a time domain by filtering the reference signal from which the CP is removed. A DFT(Discrete Fourier Transformer)(330) changes the outputs of the adaptive filter into the value of the frequency domain.
