PURPOSE: A carrier wave assignment method is provided to reduce interference by assigning a carrier wave to a base station according to cell information including interference information. CONSTITUTION: An operation and maintenance system searches wireless resources of a wireless communication network and updates cell information indicating cells of a communication network(S110,S120). The operation and maintenance system searches an access mode of a connected base station(S130). The operation and maintenance system searches the wireless capacity of the base station(S140). The operation and maintenance system assigns a carrier wave to the base station according to the wireless capacity, the access mode, the cell information, and the wireless resources(S150). PURPOSE: A method for controlling the transmission power of a femto base station and a device thereof are provided to calculate the size of interference received from adjacent femto or macro base stations using a femto terminal. CONSTITUTION: An interference predicting part(620) predicts femto base station interference which is applied from an adjacent femto base station to a terminal and macro base station interference which is applied from a macro base station to the terminal. A power controlling part(640) determines the transmission power of downlink signals based on the femto and macro base station interference. A transmitting part(650) transmits the downlink signals based on the transmission power. The interference from the femto base station is predicted based on a distance between a serving femto base station and the adjacent femto base station and the transmission power of the adjacent femto base station. The interference from the macro base station is predicted based on a distance between a serving femto base station and the macro base station and the transmission power of the macro base station.

PURPOSE: A wireless communication base station is provided to reduce interference by controlling states of a cell forming radio units according to the interference. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of radio units(110,120,130,140) transmit and receive a wireless signal. A digital unit(150) is connected to the plurality of radio units through cables and operates a communication protocol. The digital unit combines the plurality of radio units according to a communication environment in a combination state, or an independent state which shows that the plurality of radio units independently controls the plurality of the cells.

PURPOSE: A system information transmitting system of a LTE(Long Term Evolution) based femto cell is provided to minimize the loss of data received from a serving macro base station by receiving system information from a femto base station. CONSTITUTION: A frame sync acquisition unit(1010) acquires frame sync information of a femto base station. A control unit(1020) acquires system information transmission time information included in a frame of the femto cell base station based on the frame sync information. A reception unit(1030) receives the system information of the femto cell base station based on the system information transmission time information. The control unit determines a time section where the system information is transmitted by referring to the system information transmission time information. The reception unit receives the data from a serving macro base station in a time section where the system information is not transmitted.
