Disclosed are a device and a method for estimating the waiting time of a traffic light having a database (DB) by using a satellite signal. The device for estimating the waiting time of a traffic light according to the present invention comprises: a control unit including a receiving unit to extract, from a satellite, a satellite signal including position information about the current position of a user and time information about the current time, a traffic light DB to extract a satellite signal including traffic light information about at least one traffic light from the satellite and to store the extracted signal, and a generation unit to generate signal waiting time information of the traffic light based on the position information, the time information, and the traffic information; and a display unit to allow the user to check the signal waiting time information.

CONSTITUTION: A Ethernetwork frame interface unit(100) transmits and receive the Ethernetwork frame by connecting to the packet network. The Ethernetwork frame interface unit converts the Ethernetwork frame into a MOST frame. A MOST frame interface unit(110) transmits and receive the MOST frame by connecting to the MOST network. The MOST frame interface unit converts the MOST frame into the Ethernetwork frame. A switch fabric interlinks the Ethernetwork frame interface unit and the MOST frame interface unit.

The control unit controls the laser beams radiated on the crosswalk. A laser emission unit(100) emits a top-down laser beam to cross a visual field of a driver and a direction of a laser beam. PURPOSE: A headlight control device and a method thereof are provided to reduce an accident hazard by changing scan directions of a left side headlight and a right side headlight according to a switch operation. CONSTITUTION: The switch(100) directs a turn direction of a car. A controller(200) changes a scan direction of a left side headlight and a right side headlight according to an operation of the switch. The controller changes the scan direction of the right side headlight to the right when the switch indicates a right turn. The controller changes the scan direction of the left side headlight to the left when the switch indicates a left turn. A headlight control device(10) includes the switch and the controller.
