Abstract: PURPOSE: A method for manufacturing imitation stone using a supersized chip and a continuous casting apparatus for realizing the method are provided to enable a user to freely express a geometrical pattern and a natural pattern on the surface of the imitation stone using the supersized chip. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing imitation stone using a supersized chip includes a step of putting a liquid resin compound(1) between an upper belt(11) and a lower belt(12); separately putting a supersized chip(41) on the lower belt. The imitation stone is manufactured by putting the liquid resin compound in which a resin syrup(A) and various mixed materials(B) are mixed on the supersized chip and successively molding the resin compound into the imitation stone. A slope stand(22) is installed between an insertion nozzle(21) of the resin compound and an input device(40) of the supersized chip.

Abstract: 본 발명은 인조석을 연속 성형함에 있어서 일정 크기 이상의 초대형칩을 수지 컴파운드와 별도로 투입하여 제조할 수 있도록 해주는 초대형칩을 이용한 인조석 제조방법 및 이를 구현하는 연속 성형장치를 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다.
상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 초대형칩을 이용한 인조석 제조방법은, 상부 벨트와 하부 벨트 사이에 액상의 수지 컴파운드를 투입하여 인조석으로 연속 성형하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 하부 벨트 위에 초대형칩을 별도로 투입하고, 이 초대형칩 위에 수지 시럽과 각종 혼합재료가 믹싱된 액상의 상기 수지 컴파운드를 투입하여 인조석으로 연속 성형하며, 상기 수지 컴파운드와 초대형칩 사이에 공극이 발생되지 않도록 하기 위하여 상기 하부 벨트에 일정한 진동을 가하도록 구성된다.
