Abstract:
A shell is provided, comprising a transparent membrane layer; a light transmittable pattern layer disposed onto at least part of an inner surface of the transparent membrane layer; a metal layer disposed onto an inner surface of the light transmittable pattern layer; a transparent injection layer disposed onto an outer surface of the transparent membrane layer; and a protective layer disposed onto an inner surface of the metal layer. A method of preparing the shell is provided. An electronic product comprising the shell is also provided.
Abstract:
A method of inserting a precious stone (1) into a plastic shell comprises: a) processing the precious stone (1), so that the stone comprises an embedding portion (13) to be embedded into the plastic shell, an exposing portion (11) to be exposed outside the plastic shell, and a positioning portion (12) between the embedding portion (13) and the exposing portion (11); b) putting the exposing portion (11) and at least part of the position portion (12) into a fixed mold core of an injection mold, with the precious stone (1) being positioned in the fixed mold core by the positioning portion (12); and c) injecting molted plastic into the mold to form the plastic shell, in which the embedding portion (13) and at least part of the positioning portion (12) are embedding into the plastic shell with the exposing portion (11) and the remaining or the positioning portion (12) being exposed outside the plastic shell. A mobile communication device having the above plastic shell is also provided.
Abstract:
Disclosed are a composite material, a shell for a mobile device, their manufacturing methods, and a mobile device. The composite material includes: a first metal substrate (100); a first resin fibre plate (200) disposed on an upper surface of the first metal substrate; an antenna layer (300) disposed on an upper surface of the first resin fibre plate; a second resin fibre plate (400) disposed on an upper surface of the antenna layer; and a second metal substrate (500) disposed on an upper surface of the second resin fibre plate.
Abstract:
Provided is a fiber-metal laminate, including a fiber cloth (3); a resin layer (2), disposed on the fiber cloth(3); a metal layer(1), disposed on the resin layer (2); and a plurality of chopped fibers (4), distributed between the fiber cloth (3) and the resin layer (2); wherein each chopped fiber (4) includes a first part inserted into the fiber cloth (3) and a second part fixed in the resin layer (2). A method of manufacturing the fiber-metal laminate is also provided.
