Abstract:
A hydraulic arrangement (1) is provided comprising a pressure exchanger (2) having an axis (3) of rotation, and a booster pump (4), said pressure exchanger (2) and said booster pump (4) being connected to each other. Such a hydraulic arrangement should have a good efficiency. To this end a single connection flange (5) is provided between said pressure exchanger (2) and the booster pump (4).
Abstract:
The invention concerns a vane cell machine with a stator and a rotor having radially displaceable vanes arranged in guides, said vanes bearing on an inside of the stator and bordering, together with the rotor, the stator and a side wall, work chambers at each axial end of the rotor. It is endeavored to provide a vane cell machine that has a good internal tightness, in which the wear is still kept small. For this purpose, in a radially internal area the side wall comprises an insert that is axially movable in the side wall and has a pressure application surface axially inside and axially outside.
Abstract:
A hydraulic machine is described having a first part (2) and a second part (3) moveable relative to said first part (3), one of said first part (2) and said second part (3) having a first land (9) resting against the other one of said second part (3) and said first part (2), having a predetermined first height (H1), and being arranged between a high pressure area (7) and a low pressure area (8). Such a machine should have a long working life. To this end a second land (10) having a predetermined second height (H2) smaller than said first height (H1) is located adjacent to said first land (9).
Abstract:
A vane cell machine (1) is described comprising a stator (2) and a rotor (3), said rotor (3) having radially displaceable vanes (4) bearing on an inside (5) of the stator (2) and bordering, together with the rotor (3), the stator (2), and a side wall (7) at each axial end of the rotor (3), work chambers (6) the volume of which changes during a rotation of said rotor, at least one side wall (7) bearing an insert in form of a ring (9). Such a machine should be of simple construction. To this end, said ring (9) comprises a centric bore (10).
Abstract:
A vane pump (1) is disclosed comprising a housing (2) having a stator bore, a rotor (4) being rotatably mounted within said stator bore, and having a number of vanes (5) slidably mounted in said rotor (4) in radial direction of said rotor (4), an inlet (11) and an outlet (12). Such a vane pump should have a good efficiency. To this end said inlet (11) opens in an axial end wall of said stator bore (3) and said outlet (12) is connected to an outflow area formed in a circumferential wall (3) of said stator bore.
Abstract:
The invention specifies a hydraulic vane-type machine (1) having a stator (2) and having a rotor (3) which has multiple vanes (4), each of which vanes is radially displaceable in a guide (5) in the rotor (3), bears against an inner circumference (6) of the stator (2), and, together with the rotor (3), the stator (2) and in each case one side wall (7) at each axial end of the rotor (3), delimits working chambers whose volumes vary in the event of a rotation of the rotor (3) relative to the stator (2). It is sought to obtain a certain degree of freedom for the design of the inner circumference. For this purpose, it is provided that each vane (4) has, on its radially inner side, an abutment surface (17) which bears radially at the outside against a cam disk (15).
Abstract:
A vane cell machine is provided comprising a housing having a stator bore with an outer limitation formed by a circumferential wall and two axial end faces (5), a rotor mounted rotatably in said stator bore, a plurality of vanes moveable in radial direction relative to said rotor and sliding along said circumferential wall, and sealing means (12) at least at one of said end faces (5), said sealing means (12) acting on said rotor in axial direction. Such a vane cell machine should have a simple construction. To this end said end face (5) is formed at an end plate (11) of said housing wherein said end plate (11) comprises a recess in which said sealing means (12) are rotated.
