An optical sensor holding device adapted to be integrated with a flexible bag, said device comprising - a bag attachment part made from a material that can be welded to the flexible bag; - a sensor attachment part made from a material to which an optical sensor spot can be attached, wherein the sensor attachment part is forced into an opening in the bag attachment part that is slightly smaller than the sensor attachment part such that the sensor attachment part is kept firmly in place and leakage is minimized.

Electrophoresis gel cassette comprising a first and a second face wall member and one or more side wall members defining a gel compartment for a gel member with a first and second face wherein the first face wall member has high gel adhesion compared to the second face wall member whereby a gel member molded in the cassette will stay attached to the high gel adhesion face wall member when the cassette is opened and wherein the first face wall member is provided with at least one removable section to expose a section of the first face of the gel member the removable section of the first face wall member having lower gel adhesion compared to the non removable part of the first face wall member.

The invention relates to a chromatography pump, comprising a cylinder (202, 402) in which a piston (204, 404) is arranged for a reciprocating movement; a front element (208) provided with a cylinder head area (210) which together with the cylinder (202, 402) and the piston (204, 404) defines a cylinder space (212); an inlet valve (214) and an outlet valve (216) arranged in the front element (208); an inlet channel (218) arranged in the front element (208) between the inlet valve (214) and the cylinder head area (210); an outlet channel (220) arranged in the front element (208) between the cylinder head area (210) and the outlet valve (216). The inlet channel (218) and outlet channel (220) extend in a substantially straight direction, so that air bubbles (234) are prevented from being trapped within the inlet and outlet channels (218, 220).
