Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and a system for protecting the intellectual property of a trader by reducing a computation burden placed on a small-scale customer. SOLUTION: A method and a structure which simulate a circuit inputs an initial memory state and an initial input signal to core logic in a host site from a customer site, simulate a circuit (core logic and customer logic form the circuit while the host site includes the core logic and the customer site include the customer logic) by using the host site and customer site connected through a wide area network, and compares a test output signal with a desired output signal to modify the customer logic until the test output signal matches the desired output signal.
