Abstract:
A display screen with a plurality of display lines contains a storage (34) that receives lateral offset values for each line to be displayed. When the corresponding line is to be displayed, the offset value is transferred from the storage (34) to an offset register (22), whose outputs control a multiplexer (26) to select an appropriately delayed output tap of a shift register, containing the signals to be displayed.
Abstract:
A digital data rester display apparatus in which character codes, character attributes and field attributes are used. Means are provided to specify the mode of operation and to select the control mode. Depending on the specified mode the storage pattern in the re-fresh memory is varied. A first control mode stores field attributes only and the second control mode stores character attributes. A third mode mixes both field and character attributes. In the first mode the re-fresh memory stores either field attributes or character codes in such of a plurality of sequentially addressable locations. In the second mode character codes and character attributes are stored at alternate address.
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent beforehand the generation of faults, such as disappearance and destruction of data, when the equipment ID data of plural pieces of equipment mutually connected through an SCSI are competed with each other. SOLUTION: When the equipment ID for a 2nd host computer or subsequent thereof competes with the equipment ID of another equipment connectable to a SCSI, a reset signal (RST) is inputted to an SCSI control bus input of the other equipment which compete with the host computer. The judgment of competition is detected, depending on whether the terminal power of the 2nd host computer 1 or subsequent thereof is active.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide such a structure of an operation part for adjusting or operating the hardware function that does not greatly interrupt the input operations of data or instructions and is easy to operate even for a physically handicapped operator. CONSTITUTION: This information processor is easy to operate even for a physically handicapped operator by arranging operation parts 31 to 35 on the same surface where a data input part is prepared to control or operate the hardware functions associated with the processor, so that the input operations of data or instructions are not greatly interrupted when the parts 31 to 35 are operated. Furthermore, the operating directions of the parts 31 to 35 are set vertical to the surface of the processor, so that the operator is just required to push the surface of the processor for operations of the parts 31 to 35.

Abstract:
A display apparatus has a screen wherein left and right partitions can be established for displaying two different data groups. Further, vertical smooth scrolling of the data is enabled in one of the partitions by arrangements including two row counters assigned to the partitions and means for modifying an output of a line counter according to an offset information which is gradually varied.
