SOLUTION: In a measurement detector D, and particularly in an apparatus for measuring a pressure and/or flow rate of a respiration gas of a patient, a medication is applied to a surface of a wall 2 of a flow path 1 in direct touch with a flow of the gas to be measured and/or a surface of a limiting element 3 so as to decrease a contact angle of the surface and a water drop or a liquid drop including water to be smaller than that without the medication.
