The present invention relates to a barcode scanner and a barcode reading method. The barcode scanner of the present invention includes a laser scanner for outputting first data through laser scanning, an image scanner for outputting second data through image scanning, and a processor connected to the laser scanner and the image scanner that controls the operation of the laser scanner and the operation of the image scanner. Whereby, the barcode scanner of the present invention is capable of reading one-dimensional barcodes and two-dimensional barcodes and improving barcode reading speed.

The present invention relates to a gas cylinder having a cable, wherein the cable is prevented from being twisted even when a chair rotates, to thereby improve operating reliability and product durability, wherein the gas cylinder comprises: a spindle which reciprocates in the upward and downward directions in accordance with the height adjustment of the chair; a cylinder which is arranged in the spindle, and the interior of which is filled with gas; a piston member which divides the interior of the cylinder into upper and lower sections; a pipe holder which seals the top of the cylinder; a gas release/cutoff pin arranged in the pipe holder to control the ingress/egress of the gas which fills the interior of the cylinder; a release arm arranged so as to contact one end of the gas release/cutoff pin to control the release/cutoff operation of the gas release/cutoff pin; a taper holder in which the release arm is arranged, and which is arranged in the spindle; and a rotation guide member interposed between the taper holder and the spindle so as to guide the rotation of the taper holder such that the taper holder is rotatable with respect to the spindle.

The present invention discloses a system and a method for installing a smart card applet. The invention shows the configuration of the smart card which is enabled by comprising the steps of: transmitting a response message for an OTA message received from an external remote server, forming the communication channel with the remote server based on HTTP (Hyper Text Transfer Protocol), and installing the applet based on the installation information received through the communication channel. Therefore, a large-sized applet can be installed on a card in a short time.

The present invention relates to an antifog lens and to a production method therefor. The antifog lens comprises a hydrophilic coating layer obtained by forming a coating solution to a thickness of between 0.1 and 7 μm across the whole of the front and rear surfaces of a blank lens or a hard coating lens, wherein the blank lens or the hard coating lens is a plastic lens made of any one material from among ADC lenses, allyl-diglycol-carbonate lenses, polycarbonate, polymethyl methacrylate (PMMA, acryl lenses), polyurethane, ADC, diallyl isophthalate (DAP) based resins, polyamide, thiourethane based resins, bromine based urethane resins, Trivex and NEXT, and wherein the coating solution comprises between 80 and 95 parts by weight of a photocatalyst solution comprising a dispersing medium as well as a dispersing agent and a titanium dioxide photocatalyst in the form of a crystalline titanium dioxide core/amorphous titanium dioxide shell obtained by forming an amorphous titanium dioxide layer on the surface of crystalline titanium dioxide necessarily comprising an anatase phase and having a mean particle size of between 1 and 100 nm or metal-doped crystalline titanium dioxide obtained by doping the crystalline titanium dioxide with a metal component, the amorphous titanium dioxide layer being in a range of between 10 and 50% by weight with respect to the weight of the crystalline titanium dioxide, and said coating solution also comprises between 10 and 40 parts by weight of a levelling agent solution and between 5 and 20 parts by weight of a curable binder in the form of a solution of an alkoxysilane-based compound constituted by an alcohol sililane represented by the following formula, or a hydrolysis product or partial hydrolysis product thereof: R1aR2bSi(OR3)4-a-b, where R1 is a C1 to C4 hydrocarbon group having a methacryloxy group, mercapto group, amino group or epoxy group, or else a vinyl group, R3 is a C1 to C8 hydrocarbon group or acyl group, and a and b are respectively 0 or 1. The present invention relates to an ultraviolet curable resin composition comprising: 25 to 45 wt% modified epoxy acrylate oligomer; and 10 to 25 wt% urethane acrylate oligomer. The present invention can provide a metal sheet which is transparent, and which has corrosion resistance, impact resistance, scratch resistance, adhesion, anti-corrosion, and bendability (workability) by forming a coating film on the surface of metal materials such as steel materials, specifically steel sheets, using the ultraviolet curable resin composition of the present invention.

The present invention relates to a food production method capable of reducing time required for radiation detoxification, thereby reducing damage to the human body caused by exposure to radiation from the ingestion of food. The food production method capable of reducing time required for radiation detoxification comprises the steps of: (a) obtaining fine powders of propolis, seaweeds, or other useful plants; (b) extracting effective ingredients from said propolis, seaweeds, or other useful plants; and (c) mixing the effective ingredients extracted from said propolis, seaweeds, or other useful plants. In step (b), the active ingredient of said propolis is a mixture having at least one selected from a supercritical fluid extract, a water extract, an alcohol extract, and a WEEP (water ethanol extract propolis) extract of propolis; the active ingredient of the seaweeds is a mixture having at least one selected from a supercritical fluid extract, a water extract, and an alcohol extract of the seaweeds selected from among sea tangle, brown seaweed, laver, fusiformis, and ecklonia cava; and the active ingredient of the useful plants is a mixture having at least one selected from a supercritical fluid extract, a water extract, and an alcohol extract of the useful plants selected from among chlorella, broccoli, banana, green tea, Japanese apricots, E. senticosus, aloes, kidney beans, osmund, peaches, apricots, garlic, coral fungus, and oyster mushrooms.

The present invention relates to a surface treatment method for a substrate using denatured urushiol derived from Toxicodendron vernicifluum, and more specifically to one in which the reactivity of the hydroxyl group in urushiol extracted from fresh Toxicodendron vernicifluum is removed such that when it is used as a UV coating material for substrates such as steel sheets it can not only exhibit high level antimicrobial properties but can also exhibit outstanding surface-appearance and functional properties including a far-infrared radiating effect, an electromagnetic-wave shielding effect, a corrosion-resistance enhancing effect, a high crosslinking reaction rate while using a low content of photoinitiator, and outstanding surface glossiness and scratch resistance.

The present invention relates to a method for constructing an environmentally-friendly retaining wall using a soil bag for vegetation and fixing members and an installation structure thereof, in which the retaining wall is constructed by staggering soil bag blocks filled with regular amounts of soil. In detail, the upper and lower soil bag blocks are firmly fixed into a single body by a plurality of fixing members of a predetermined shape, a geogrid sheet of a predetermined length is set up and firmly fixed to the fixing members to form a retaining wall, a core net is installed on the surface of the retaining wall, soil and seeds of plants to be vegetated are mixed, and the mixture is placed so that the seeds can be actively germinated and the surface of the retaining wall can be fully afforested, thus not only enabling easy storage, transportation and installation of materials for the construction of the retaining wall, improving work efficiency and workability, and shortening the working time and reducing the economic burden of a constructor, but also improving the firmness and stability of the retaining wall by connecting and fixing a plurality of soil bag blocks into a single body through the fixing members, improving the germination of seeds, enabling the roots of germinated plants to be easily struck into the soil bag blocks, and thus providing perfect areas of greenery on the surface of the retaining wall.

PURPOSE: A balancer for a holder frame of a fishing rod is provided to prevent a load from concentrating on the front of the holder frame using water, to easily install the fishing rod, and to improve a quality of the holder frame of the fishing rod. CONSTITUTION: A balancer for a holder frame of a fishing rod comprises: a support frame body(103) which is composed of a left side body and a right side body; a supporting board holder(104) which supports a front supporting board and a rear supporting board to set the fishing rod in the left side body and the right side body; a left side leg(105), a right side leg(106), and a support leg which maintain the whole holder frame of the fishing rod in both sides and the center of the support frame body; and a balancer for preventing the holder frame from concentrating on the front of the holder frame due to a load. The balancer includes: a balancer load which is combined with a balancer hole included in the rear of the leg holder; a part for setting heavy body which is combined with the end of the balancer load; and a water bag storing the water in the part for setting heavy body.
