    Abstract: PURPOSE: A broadband RFID tag is provided to embody wideband characteristic and remarkably reduce the area of the RFID tag since two T- matching circuits are connected to one antenna in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate comprises a tag chip(111), a first matching circuit(112) connected to a tag-chip and an antenna(113) connected to the first matching circuit. The second substrate comprises a second matching circuit(131). Connection parts(141-144) connect the first and the second matching circuits to the antenna in parallel. The first and second matching circuits are the matching circuit of T-matching structure. A dielectric plate is included between the first and the second substrates. The more the dielectric constant of the dielectric plate increases, the more the area of the broadband RFID tag diminishes.
