Abstract:
PURPOSE: A broadband RFID tag is provided to embody wideband characteristic and remarkably reduce the area of the RFID tag since two T- matching circuits are connected to one antenna in parallel. CONSTITUTION: A first substrate comprises a tag chip(111), a first matching circuit(112) connected to a tag-chip and an antenna(113) connected to the first matching circuit. The second substrate comprises a second matching circuit(131). Connection parts(141-144) connect the first and the second matching circuits to the antenna in parallel. The first and second matching circuits are the matching circuit of T-matching structure. A dielectric plate is included between the first and the second substrates. The more the dielectric constant of the dielectric plate increases, the more the area of the broadband RFID tag diminishes.

PURPOSE: A distribution information errors detection method and system thereof are provided to minimize problems caused by distribution information errors by confirming the distribution information in a distribution center. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(121) collects transaction information from an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) server. The information collecting unit collects distribution information from an EPC(Electronic Product Code) system. An error detecting unit(123) detects the errors of the distribution information by comparing the transaction information with the distribution information. An error storage unit(122) stores information for the errors detected from the distribution information.
Abstract:
PURPOSE: A method for detecting the most suitable attachment place of an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) tag is provided to detect the most suitable attachment place of an RFID tag on the surface of a product case moving on a conveyor. CONSTITUTION: A test is repeated as many as fixed times by changing an environment factor influencing a recognition rate of a tag(S130). A successful recognition rate of the tag is calculated(S140). An RFID reader calculates average times for recognizing the tag to calculate an average recognition rate of the RFID reader(S150). An optimized attachment location of a product case surface is selected using the successful recognition rate and the average recognition rate(S170).

PURPOSE: A method for correcting distribution information errors are provided to minimize problems generated by distribution information errors and to improve the reliability of distribution supplies by automatically correcting the distribution information errors. CONSTITUTION: An information collecting unit(121) collects transaction information from an EDI(Electronic Data Interchange) server. The information collecting unit collects distribution information from an EPC(Electronic Product Code) system. An error detecting unit(122) detects whether distribution information errors are generated by comparing the transaction information with the distribution information. The error detection unit determines the cause of the distribution information error. A correction rule management unit(123) acquires correction rules for a distribution information system.

PURPOSE: A packaging method for optimizing RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) recognition and a packaging device using the same are provided to select package material optimized in packaging standard working which is designed in complex structure. CONSTITUTION: A control unit measures an RFID recognition rate per product packaging material(S110). The control unit measures RFID interference rate of the product packaging material(S120). The control unit selects optimum packing material of the product by using the RFID recognition rate and the interference rate(S130). A packaging unit packages a product(S140). The RFID recognition rate measures response speed and maximum response distance responding to RRID reader of an RFID tag attached to the packaging material.
