    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a high molecular electrolyte for a lithium secondary battery, which makes penetration amount of electrolyte contained with dissolved lithium salt as well as mechanical strength higher by containing inorganic filler such as silica, and realize rapidly stability of interface resistance to the lithium electrode, and also to provide a method of high polymer electrolyte for lithium secondary buttery in which manufacturing process is simple as there removes use of plasticizer being extracted after molding the high polymer film. SOLUTION: The high molecular electrolyte for lithium secondary battery contains matrix formed from high polymer and inorganic filler, organic solvent electrolyte of lithium salt penetrated into the matrix.

    Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dye sensitized solar battery capable of improving a long-term stability against external factors such as temperature-rises of a solar battery due to a direct sun exposure, without reduction of photo-conversion efficiency. SOLUTION: An electroconductive transparent circuit board 12 and a transition metal oxide layer 14 composed of nano-particle titanium dioxide coated on this electroconductive transparent circuit board 12 constitute a semiconductor electrode 10, whereas an electroconductive transparent circuit board 22 and a platinum layer 24 coated on this electroconductive transparent circuit board 22 constitute the counter electrode 20. Then, between these electrodes (10, 20), a gel type polyelectrolyte 30 composed of polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) polymer or N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP) solvent or 3-methoxy propionitrile (MP) solvent containing 3 to 20 wt.% of its copolymer is installed.
