Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively obtain a general-purpose pre-simulator for testing optional operation and to provide pre-simulation method using a simulator. SOLUTION: This pre-simulator is constituted of a writing tool 100 for simulating optional operation and an external panel for inputting a simulation condition by the tool 100 and outputting a simulation result through an LED 270 or 7-segmentation 260. When a user prepares a script instruction word in accordance with each operation condition and stores the prepared word in the tool 100, the tool 100 executes operation by referring to the script instruction word and an operation condition set up by the external panel.
