In the compound, M is selected from a group comprising Co, Mn, Fe, Ni, Zn, and combinations thereof. The negative active material has a nanoparticle cluster shape. A method for manufacturing the negative active material comprises a step of mixing Mo, metal M, and P and a step of plasticizing mixture powder after milling the mixture.
