Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the method and related apparatus for controlling a photo-charge capacity of a photodiode in order to solve the problems involved in the prior art. SOLUTION: An image sensing apparatus comprises a photodiode for receiving light, a first transistor whose source is connected to the photodiode and which controls photo-charge transfer in the photodiode, a reference voltage control unit which is connected to a gate of the first transistor and which receives a plurality of control signals to provide a reference voltage to the gate of the first transistor, a second transistor whose source is connected to an output of the first transistor, whose drain is connected to a power source, and which resets the photodiode, a third transistor whose drain is connected to the power source and whose gate is connected to the source of the second transistor, and a fourth transistor whose drain is connected to the source of the third transistor, whose source is connected to a wordline and which selects whether or not to output a signal.
