Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To mechanically reduce the error signal in a digital sample circuit. SOLUTION: The small volume space of a housing 76 is fully filled with silicone oil, and opened toward a separate chamber for transmitting the pressure operating on an isolation film 77 via a small passage 92. The pressure deflects a sensing film. The pressure opening to the sensing film to give a brake is constituted by a laser perforated hole formed in a cover 88. The oil in a small volume brake chamber must flow through the passage 92 in response to the deflection of the film 77 so as to brake the frequency response of the film 77. The response of the film 77 is mechanically braked to eliminate the additional filtering in the sending circuit to be used.
