Abstract: The filling device comprises a distribution line (1) having a discharge outlet (2) associated with a flap valve (3), and a cleaning device comprising a collector (4) that is secured to the distribution line (1) in a tight manner in the vicinity of the discharge outlet (2), and having a passage orifice (6) in line with the discharge outlet (2) and a closure element (7) secured to an actuating member (9) forming a rigid mounted unit which is displaced in the form of a helicoidal movement around an axis (11) which is perpendicular to a plane containing the passage orifice (6), whereby the closure element is offset in relation to said axis (11).
