Abstract: A molded headgear (50) formed from a laminated combination of a first, outer layer (60), a second, central layer (70) and a third, inner layer (80) of material relative to a wearer, said laminated combination being molded into a first shape (90) adapted to conform to a human head. The molded headgear (50) is flexible, pliable, bendable and resilient and springs back to its original shape once folded and released.
