Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a metal coated reflector film tat has no separation of layers of color change, and is superior in reflection efficiency. SOLUTION: This is a metal coated reflector film, that contains a flexible plastic sheet which carries a reflecting metal silver layer produced through vacuum deposition. As a flexible plastics, a plastic reflecting film is used which contains a ultraviolet-ray, absorber at a concentration that is stable and effective with respect to the ultraviolet rays and is capable of suppressing separation of the coupling of silver and plastics. As an example of such a flexible plastic, polyester can be cited.
