Abstract: PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for patterning characteristics of a minute size in a quick and highly parallel manner, using a solution-type organic semiconductor.
SOLUTION: The structure and method that uses a micro fluid channel for forming a semiconductor array is described. The microfluid channel is found to be especially useful, when it is formed in a self-aligning process, and used to mutually connect a series of thin-film transistor (TFT) devices.
