Abstract: PURPOSE: An analog to digital convertor for controlling a machine tool position is provided to reduce installation time by simplifying wire connection. CONSTITUTION: An analog input terminal block(110) receives displacement detected through a displacement sensor connected to a machine tool in an analog signal. A main printed circuit board(180) comprises an analog amplifier part for amplifying the analog signal received through the analog input terminal block. A regulator(120) sets a reference voltage for the quantization of an inputted analog signal. A signal conversion controller(150) includes a processing program for changing an analog input value into a digital value on the main printed circuit board. A digital signal output block(170) transmits the converted digital signal to an NC(Network Computer) controller.
