Abstract: 본 발명의 차선홈을 이용한 도로에서의 차선 설치 공법은 콘트리트 또는 아스콘으로 포장한 도로에서 차로와 차로를 구분하기 위하여 그 경계지점을 안전표지로 표시한 선인 차선의 설치공법으로, 차선을 설치할 부분을 일정 길이로 마킹하는 차선 설치부 마킹 단계인 제1단계와; 마킹한 차선 설치부의 노면을 일정 깊이로 파서 차선홈을 만들기 위하여 콘크리트 또는 아스콘을 절삭하는 절삭단계인 제2단계와; 차선홈 내부와 차선홈 주위의 이물질을 제거하는 이물질 제거단계인 제 3단계와; 상기 차선홈의 평면부와 수직면에 프라이머를 살포하는 프라이머 도포단계인 제4단계와; 상기 차선홈에 도포할 도료를 제조하는 도료제조단계인 제5단계와; 유리알 1호와 유리알 2호를 도료에 혼합하여 유리알혼합도료를 제조하는 유리알혼합도료 제조단계인 제5-1단계와; 프라이머가 도포된 상기 차선홈에 도로면과 차선면이 일정 깊이의 단층이 형성되게 차선을 마킹하는 도료도포단계인 제6단계와; 도료를 건조시키는 도료건조단계인 제7단계와; 도로를 마무리 정리한 후 교통을 개방하는 마무리 정리 단계인 제8단계로 구성된다.

Abstract: PURPOSE: A low carbon warm-mix modified regeneration asphalt mixture comprises warm-mix modified asphalt and an asphalt recycling additive, thereby lowering a temperature under 30 deg C in a process. CONSTITUTION: A low carbon warm-mix regeneration modified asphalt mixture comprises the following: 2-8 wt% of warm-mix modified asphalt; and 0.1-3 wt% of a regeneration additive for warm-mix to 100 wt% of an aggregate mixture comprising 25-95 wt% of recycled aggregate, 4-74 wt% of new aggregate, and 1-6 wt% of filler. The warm-mix regeneration modified asphalt mixture is produced and used at 130-140 deg C. The warm-mix modified asphalt comprises the following: 75-95 wt% of straight asphalt having a penetration grade of 60-80; 0.5-5.0 wt% of an amine-based additive; and 4.5-20.0 wt% of a modifier. The modifier comprises the following: sulfur, paraffin wax, microwax, Styrene butadiene styrene (SBS), and tire powder. The regeneration additive for warm-mix comprises the following: 1.0-10 wt% of a vegetable oil-wax mixture; 75-98 wt% of an antioxidant-straight asphalt mixture; and 1-15 wt% of an adhesion promoter. The antioxidant is more than one among phenyl-β -naphthylamine, aromatic amines, and hydroquinone.

Abstract: PURPOSE: Recycled concrete aggregate manufacturing equipment using an indirect heating method by thermal media is provided to apply indirect heat generated from thermal media to waste concrete moving along a screw and at the same time to peel off paste and remove moisture by allowing the waste concrete to bump against each other due to the high speed rotation of the screw. CONSTITUTION: Recycled concrete aggregate manufacturing equipment using indirect heating method by thermal media include a tank(10), a feeding valve(20), a first conveying route(31), a second conveying route(32), a third conveying route(33), fine powder discharge pipes(61,62,63), and a vibrating screen(80). The tank stores the waste concrete processed with separation, selection, and crushing. The feeding valve is installed at the lower part of the tank to allow the tank to supply a fixed amount of the waste concrete for conveying. Along the first conveying route, the waste concrete discharged by the feeding valve is fed through a feeding hole(30) and conveyed by a screw(40), and the paste thereof is peeled off. The second conveying route is connected to the end of the first conveying route and equipped with a screw inside and a pipe(100) which contains a thermal medium(50) and is helically formed at the outer circumferential surface. The third conveying route is connected to the end of the second conveying route and equipped with a screw inside. The fine powder discharge pipes discharge the paste peeled off by friction during the conveying of the waste concrete, and the fine powder below standard at the end of the first, second, and third conveying routes. The vibrating screen is connected to a discharge pipe(70) formed on the end of the third conveying route, and selects aggregates.

The modified asphalt mixture enhances the durability by multiplying the adhesion and an angle of shearing resistance.
